Harbor monuments spawn as large and small coastal variants on procedural maps. Both layouts include container loot, scientists, cranes, and keycard puzzles — green on smaller layouts, with blue-tier doors on the large harbor.
They are central tier 1–2 progression monuments for scrap, components, and card farming before airfield or train yard runs.
